Project Info

DSMS is a web application used by MSO’s to manage customer data and their inventory details.  I was asked to review the existing design of the application  and revamp the whole application from a UI/UX perspective.My team revamped the whole application based on the process mentioned , created information architecture, wireframes, design documents, high fidelity prototype and facilitated client meetings.

Result : Design was accepted and very well appreciated.The design was rated better that the c2c application and our team was asked to design the client module as well.
